Ed has been the owner and operator of Baxter Northup for over 25 years.
Steve
Steve has been Baxter’s go-to repair and instrument guru for over 30 years. Originally from Northern California, Steve is a skilled woodwind and brass player and performs regularly around Los Angeles and the San Fernando Valley.
Ross
Baxter’s main repair man, Ross has been keeping instruments in line for over 30 years.
Liz
Originally from San Francisco, Liz is a graduate of Berklee College of Music. A singer/songwriter and pianist, Liz has written, recorded, and independently released three full-length albums. She performs in the LA area both solo and with various local bands. Liz has been at Baxter since 2008.
Kiki
Originally from Fukuoka, Japan, Kiki earned her Masters degree in flute from the California Institute of the Arts and her Bachelor’s degree in flute performance from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh.
Kiki teaches privately and is on the teaching staff at Baxter as well as at the Oakwood School and St. Cyril of Jerusalem. She performs with various artists and new composers in the Los Angeles area and has been working at Baxter for five years.
